TiE has two types of members: General Members and Charter Members. TiE general members are entrepreneurs and professionals with an interest in entrepreneurship, either in a startup context or within a larger company. They represent a diverse set of industries including software, information technologies, life science, mobile, energy and other services. TiE Toronto assists its entrepreneur community by conducting meaningful programs, mentoring through seasoned entrepreneurs from the Charter Member community, and in select cases providing opportunities to apply for the TiEQuest investment.

General Membership can be activated by paying a member fee of $100 annually.
