TiE Institute’s vision (www.tieinstitute.org) is to be ‘the entrepreneur’s center of learning’. The TiE Institute is committed to developing more holistic, value-centered business leaders through concrete and interactive education, which is entrepreneurial in spirit, ethical in focus, and global in orientation.

The Institute offers TiE members practical training in soft and hard skills, delivered by a world-class faculty drawn from TiE Charter Members, Sponsors, and their networks cultivated over the years. Some examples of soft skills are leadership, communication, creativity, negotiation, teamwork and conflict resolution. Training programs in hard skills like sales, marketing, financial and law aspects etc. The intent is to offer real world training, in forms and ways not available in traditional business school type programs. This is hard hitting practical material with take- aways in every session.

The TiE Institute is a source of actionable knowledge in skills and entrepreneurial elements for entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, professionals and students. The invited faculty, students, and staff, working together in an interactive manner, are expected to create a unique environment to advance skill-set, address societal challenges and pursue organizational and personal fulfilment. The Institute has a rich history with a strong brand and a reputation for value-added entrepreneurial education. The purpose of the Institute is to provide ongoing educational value to the entrepreneurial community.
